Enrica is a Director within the Investment Research team. Enrica heads up the manager research activity for private equity fund investments and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring private equity fund investments and co- investments. She joins from Bowmark Capital, where she carried out the same work for CapGen clients on a third-party basis. 

Prior to Bowmark, Enrica worked at CDC Group, where she was responsible for evaluating and monitoring fund investments in the developing markets, focusing on Africa and Latin America. Previously she was a consultant at KPMG, where she worked on a variety of financial management assignments in the Consumer and Industrial sectors. 

Enrica has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Turin.
