Ross joined CapGen in June 2019 to lead our commercial real estate investment proposition. He joined us from Capital Real Estate Partners LLP where he was Partner for seven years. Before this, Ross spent 13 years at Jones Lang LaSalle where he began as Graduate Surveyor, eventually rising to European Director.

Over his career, he has covered the UK commercial real estate market with a particular focus on Central London. His skills include product origination, deal execution and business plan implementation through focused asset management. During his tenure at Jones Lang LaSalle and Capital Real Estate Partners, he completed sales and acquisitions worth over £17bn in over 200 transactions. He graduated from the University of Reading with a first class degree in Land Management and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
